Muvana ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Data Collection

Muvana processes health-related data (e.g., heart rate, motion activity) from your Apple Watch and iPhone via Apple's HealthKit and CoreMotion frameworks. All processing occurs on-device.

2. Data Usage

We use this data solely to detect mood and recommend music playlists. No personal, health, or usage data is shared with third parties or stored on external servers.

3. Subscription Information

If you purchase Muvana Pro, your subscription status is securely verified using Apple's StoreKit. We do not access or store payment information.

4. Security & Encryption

All sensitive data is processed on-device. No health data leaves your device. Playback data and preferences may be stored securely in your iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled.

5. User Controls

You can control data access by managing permissions in your device’s Health and Motion settings. You may delete the app at any time to erase all stored data.
